2. Services

• Spray painting and colour matching
• Insurance claim repairs
• Dent removal and scratch repairs

All services are provided subject to assessment and quotation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations provided by Top End Panels are estimates only and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual damage discovered during repair
• Parts and materials required
• Labour time
• Paint materials and colour matching requirements

4. Insurance Claims

For insurance work, the following applies:

• Customers are responsible for paying any excess applicable to their policy
• We will coordinate with your insurer where possible, but the customer remains responsible for their policy obligations
• Payment of any gap between insurance payout and repair cost is the customer's responsibility

5. Customer Property

While vehicles are in our care:

• Customers remain responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
• We recommend removing all personal items before leaving your vehicle
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property

6. Warranty

Top End Panels provides a workmanship guarantee on all repairs. This warranty covers:

• Repair quality and craftsmanship
• Paint finish (where we applied the paint)
• Structural repairs performed by our technicians

Warranty does not cover:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents after repair
• Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance
• Items not repaired by Top End Panels

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Insurance work: Customer excess payable upon completion
• Private work: Payment due upon vehicle collection
• We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer

8. Vehicle Collection

Customers must collect vehicles within 7 days of being notified that repairs are complete. After this period, storage fees may apply. Vehicles left for more than 30 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information collected for insurance claims, quotations, and service delivery. We do not share customer information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top End Panels' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for the service, at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Top End Panels and may not be reproduced without permission.
